In 2015, Daniele and Mary embarked on an adventure that would change their lives forever. Leaving their home behind, they arrived in Australia with a mix of excitement and curiosity, quickly falling in love with the vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes of this beautiful country.

 

Daniele, an accomplished pastry chef and world champion fruit carver, brought his passion for creating edible art to Australia. Mary, ever the supportive partner, embraced the hospitality industry, even throwing herself into new challenges like mastering the art of coffee as a barista.

 

Their journey wasn’t always smooth. Building a new life in a foreign land came with its share of struggles. Yet, together, they faced every challenge head-on, refusing to let anything or anyone deter them from their dreams. With determination and resilience, they founded Eden Pasticceria—a labor of love built entirely from scratch.

 

Despite facing obstacles along the way, Daniele and Mary persevered, fueled by their unwavering commitment to their craft and their vision. Along this incredible journey, they also created a beautiful family, welcoming two children who now inspire them to keep striving for excellence.
