Limoncello Cake
Our Limoncello Cake is a vibrant and refreshing dessert that will make you feel like you're strolling through the sun-drenched streets of Positano, where the scent of lemons fills the air.
It begins with a soft vanilla sponge, delicately soaked in Limoncello syrup, infusing it with a bright and aromatic citrus flavor. A layer of fresh strawberry coulis adds a natural sweetness and a refreshing contrast to the citrus notes. This is followed by a smooth Limoncello mousse, creating a light and creamy texture.
Another layer of Limoncello-soaked vanilla sponge is added, topped with another layer of silky mousse, ensuring a perfectly balanced bite. The cake is elegantly finished with a thin layer shiny vanilla chantilly. It come in one size only as dome shape (10-12ppl) other sizes are available bit in a standard cake shape option.
