Delizia al Passionfruit 
Soft vanilla sponge layered with kirsch infused vanilla sponge, hiding a vibrant passion fruit curd centre. The cake is fully coated in a smooth passion fruit mousse, finished with delicate white chocolate mango glaze with crunchy bits. Topped with fresh cream and a delicate golden strawberry.
Leave it 1 hour out of the freezer before eating it or simply place it in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
