A different take on our Continental cake, made with three layers of soft vanilla sponge soaked in amaretto liqueur. Filled with a smooth pistachio custard, finished with fresh cream and decorated with seasonal fruit. All the familiarity of the Continental cake, reimagined with a pistachio and amaretto flavour in a perfectly sized individual portion.
